TERMS OF SERVICE
This list can change at any time, and I reserve the right to choose which commissions I take. Feel free to ask questions if you’re wondering whether something might be too complicated or not or whether it breaks any of the other rules!
I have the right to decline any commission request.
I have the right to post your commission to social media, however if you don't want it posted then feel free to let me know.
My commissions are only to be used for personal use. Do not sell or use for merchandise and ESPECIALLY do not use as NFT's.
You must credit me properly if you post your commission anywhere online, you do not have the right to claim my art as your own.
Paypal is preferred for payments but not necessary. Message me and let me know what you would like I'll send you the intial sketch and once you're happy with it you pay me in full. I will finish the drawing from there, updating you along the way and you may ask me to make any small changes you may want. HOWEVER, after the preliminary sketch stages are finished you may only request minor adjustments. Any large changes after the commission is finished or during it's final stages may cost extra.
Payment is non-refundable. If during the preliminary sketch stages you're unhappy and wish to cancel your commission, I reserve the right to keep any sketches. You may not share them and you do not own the rights to them.
Most importantly, feel free to ask any questions/concerns you may have! Once fully satisfied I will email you the highest quality version of your commission through [email protected].
